Thanks for taking the time to visit WAHMs That Blog. WAHM is an acronum for “work at mom” but it is actually much more than that. It is more a movement and community of women business owners on the ‘net who also happen to be mothers. There is a focus on family, work-life balance and being business smart and yet caring enough to make a contribution to help others who are trying to earn a living by working at home.

That is what I love about the idea of this web site and why I fully support the WAHM community . A directory of WAHM web sites and blogs is being developed. The listings are free, and I encourage all WAHMs to take advantage of this additional avenue to promote their business and their personal blogs.

This site was started by someone else. My goal is to keep it going so that it can continue to be a valuable resource to the WAHM community for many years to come.
